Exchange / Return Policy — Zamané Store
At Zamané Store, we offer an Exchange Policy only under specific circumstances. We do not offer returns or refunds except where explicitly stated below.
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
You received a damaged watch.
The watch you received is different from what you ordered (wrong model, color, or design).
The box arrived empty (missing item).
The watch is not working or has technical issues upon arrival.
Procedure for Exchange / Return:

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Kindly provide clear images as proof of the issue for our review.
We may also ask for a picture of the flyer with the airbill (usually included in the parcel) as proof of delivery and order.
Return Shipping:
Once your claim is approved, we will share the return address with you.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange courier delivery back to us.
For exchange orders, the delivery charges for sending the replacement will be paid by Zamané Store.
For returns/refunds (where applicable), the return delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
Inspection:
After we receive the returned item:
Our team will inspect the watch to confirm the reported issue.
If approved, we will process an exchange and ship a new and fresh article to you.
In case of a return/refund (only if eligible), the paid amount will be refunded after deducting any delivery charges.
Important Notes:
Exchanges and returns are only accepted for unused and undamaged products, except in cases where the product arrived faulty.
We do not accept exchanges for reasons like change of mind, dislike of color after purchase, or minor cosmetic preferences.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, box, and tags intact.
